飞机典型连接件腐蚀及腐蚀疲劳试验研究

摘    要:选取了飞机机翼与机身连接结构中LY12与30CrMnSiA、LC4与LC4两种典型连接形式,通过对典型连接件进行不同的预腐蚀,在不同腐蚀介质温度、不同腐蚀介质pH值,及不同腐蚀介质盐浓度条件下进行腐蚀疲劳试验。结果表明:LY12与30CrMnSiA典型连接形式具有较好的耐腐蚀性能,而LC4与LC4典型连接形式耐腐蚀和腐蚀疲劳性能较差,不同腐蚀介质NaCl浓度、不同腐蚀介质pH值对疲劳性能无显著影响,腐蚀介质温度对疲劳性能有一定影响。

Abstract:Two typical joins of LY12 with 30CrMnSiA and LC4 with LC4 were selected from the structure of aircraft wing joined to airframe.The typical joints with different pre-treatments were tested in solutions at different temperatures with different pH values and different NaCl concentrations.The typical joint of LY12 with 30CrMnSiA had a good corrosion-resisting property and the other typical joint of LC4 with LC4 had bad corrosion-resisance.Different pH values and different NaCl concentrations did not show distinct effect and different temperatures had some effect on fatigue properties.
