金平1浅层大位移水平井钻井工程设计技术及应用

摘    要:胜利油田重点预探井金平1井是一口高难度大位移浅层水平井,也是中石化重点课题"长水平段水平井钻井技术研究"的第一口阶段试验井,初始设计位垂比达2.4以上。从钻机和设备选型、井眼轨道优化、井身结构设计、摩阻扭矩分析、钻井液性能控制要求等方面简要介绍了该井的钻井工程设计技术及应用效果,为胜利油田浅层大位移水平井的设计和施工提供了技术支持和经验。

Abstract:Jinping well 1 is shallow extended reach horizontal well, it is not only one of most difficult exploratory well in Shengli Oilfield, but also a testing well. The ratio between displacement and vertical depth exceeds 2.4 in the initial design. The paper introduced the drilling design and application effect of Jinping well 1 from drilling rig and equipment selection, well trajectory optimization, casing program design, torque and drag analysis, drilling fluid property requirement etc. aspects. This paper provided support and experience for shallow extended reach well and long distance horizontal well in Shengli Oilfield.
