氩、氖、氦气氛下的Kratschmer石墨电弧法生成物

摘    要:用产生富氏烯材料的碳弧法,在基本相同的工艺条件下,通入不同的惰性气氛(氦、氖、氩),比较其生成物,发现氦气的作用特殊,其生成物含有富氏烯;而氖、氩气下的生成物含有石墨结构成份的巴基管和其它无定形碳结构。

Abstract:When Krtschmer's carbon arc method is used togather with same other processing conditions, different resultants are made by changing inert gases, i.e.Argon, Neon and Helium. These resultants are taken TEM photoes and analysed in respects of X-Ray diffraction and IR spectra. It is found that the resultant made with Helium mainly contains Buckball while the resultants made with Neon and Argon contain Buckytube and other nonpattern carbon structure.
