环氧端基聚芳醚砜/环氧树脂复合体系的研究

摘    要:研究了含二氮杂萘酮结构环氧端基聚芳醚砜(E-PPES)/E-44环氧树脂复合体系的微观结构和热一力学性能。分析了E-PPES在环氧树脂基体中的增韧机理。E-PPES/环氧树脂体系为均相结构。加入一定量的E-PPES可大幅度提高环氧树脂的韧性,而不降低环氧树脂的模量和耐热性。

Abstract:The microstructure and thermo-mechanical properties of epoxy-terminated polyether sulfone (E-PPES)/E-44/DDM composite systems were investigated, and the toughing mechanism of E-PPES in epoxy resin was discussed. The E-PPES/E-44/DDM systems are simple phase structure. The toughing of epoxy resin is appreciably enhanced by adding some E-PPES, in the meaning, the tensile modulus and glass transition temperature of epoxy resin are not decreased but increased. The toughing effect comes mainly from the IPN of E-PPES/E-44/DM.
