百联国际广场超长地下室裂缝控制的技术措施

摘    要:介绍上海百联国际广场超长地下室的抗裂控制技术,该地下室长215.7m宽172.2m.在有限元仿真计算的基础上,设计中综合采用了预应力技术、微膨胀防水剂、双层焊接钢筋网等方法,解决混凝土结构的抗裂问题.实践证明,本文采用的这些设计方法是成功的,对其它类似的超长结构设计具有较大的参考价值.

Abstract:The crack-control technology of the super-long basement structure of Shanghai BAILIAN International Square is introduced in this paper. The length and width of the basement are 215.7m and 172.2m. Based on the results of FEM calculation, comprehensive crack control methods are adopted in the design of the basement, which include prestressing technology, two-layer welded steel fabric technology, and microdilatancy waterproofing agent utility technology of concrete. The technology is proved to be effective and successful, and is of great help to the design of other super-long structures.
