粉煤灰-H2O2催化氧化苯酚的研究

摘    要:研究了利用电厂粉煤灰作为非均相催化剂,催化H2O2氧化苯酚,讨论了各种因素对苯酚去除率的影响。结果表明,在30℃,pH=2.0,H2O2和苯酚的起始浓度分别为0.60mol/L和0.15mol/L,反应时间为100min,粉煤灰用量为6.0%,搅拌速度为1 000r/min的条件下,粉煤灰具有良好的催化活性,能有效地催化H2O2氧化苯酚,苯酚的去除率可达83%左右。该法可用于预处理含苯酚的工业废水。

Abstract:Fly ash from power plants was used as the heterogeneous catalyst in the oxidation of phenol by H2O2.The effects of various parameters on the removal ratio of phenol were investigated.The results show that the fly ash has a satisfactory catalytic activation,for efficiently catalyzing H2O2 on the oxidation of the phenol.The highest phenol removal ratio of 83% is achieved under such conditions: temperature 30℃,pH 2.0,0.60 mol/L H2O2,0.15 mol/L phenol,100 min reaction time,6.0% fly ash dosage,and 1 000r/min agitating speed.The method could be used to pretreat the industrial wastewater containing phenol.
