摘    要:按照SDJ 226—87《架空送电线路导线及避雷线液压施工工艺规程》对1 000 mm2大截面导线进行压接施工时,容易在管口附近出现比较严重的散股现象。通过对1 000 mm2大截面导线特点分析,并结合试验结果,提出了几项有效、可行的减少液压压接散股程度的措施,对提高大截面导线的施工质量具有积极的作用。

Abstract:According to SDJ 226 "Crimping technology regulation for overhead transmission line and the grounding wire", when 1000mm2 conductor is crimped, there is serious phenomenon of untwisted strand, combined with the characteristics of 1000mm2 cross-section conductor, make some measures to remedy untwisted strands, these measures are proved effective and feasible by experiments, it plays an active role in improving construction equality of large cross-section conductor.
