摘    要:为了提高细分精度,采用两相步进电机细分步距矢量角与细分电流之间的函数关系作为细分电流的控制波形,并推导出该函数的数值解法,实现了细分电流的精确控制和在线计算细分电流给定值,并成功应用到以L297+L298作为驱动器件的系统中。使驱动线路简单,使用灵活。

Abstract:In order to improve mierostep control precision, the function ralation between two-phase hybrid stepping motor microstep step pitch vector angle and microstep current was taken as the control wave of microstep current, and the numerical solution was derived for the function. The precision control of microstep current and on-line calculating of microstep current set value was realized. The application in L297 + L298 driving system with this method was successful, and the driving circuit simple and agility of the system was reached.
