摘    要:将不同质量分数的纳米坡缕石添加至已被石油醚稀释过的润滑脂中,再用球磨机使其分散均匀,烘干至石油醚挥发完全,制备出五种纳米坡缕石润滑脂,对试样进行四球摩擦试验,以便探究纳米坡缕石添加量对润滑脂性能的影响,并通过SEM检测结果分析摩擦磨损机制。结果表明,纳米坡缕石能够提高润滑脂承载能力;当其添加量为1%时,润滑脂的最大无卡咬负荷PB最大,较未添加纳米坡缕石的提高率为76.5%;当添加量为2%时,润滑脂烧结负荷PD和综合磨损值ZMZ最大,提高率分别为30%和93.1%。

Abstract:The different addition of nano-palygorskite was separately added to the lubricating grease diluted with petroleum ether and dispersed uniformly in a ball mill. Then the five kinds of new grease were prepared after the complete volatilization of the petroleum ether by heating the mixture and tested on a Four-Ball Friction Tester to study the effect of the different amount of nano-palygorskite on the properties of grease. Finally the tribological mechanism was delved into through SEM. The results showed that the nano-palygorskite could improve the load-carrying properties of the grease. When the addition was 1%, the last nonseizure load (Pi3) of grease was largest and increased by 76.5 % compared with the grease without addition. When the addition was 2 %, the load of weld point (Po)and the load-wear index (ZMZ) was greatest and increased by 30 % and 93.1% respectively.
