旋转火焰燃烧特性的实验研究

摘    要:以液化石油气为燃料,研究了旋转火焰的燃烧特性。结果表明,旋转火焰内部的燃烧温度分布不仅与火焰的旋转速度有关,而且与燃烧产物的含量存在很大的关系。燃烧在火焰的轴中心线处,在旋转速度低于78 r.min-1下,火焰燃烧的温度随着其旋转速度的增加而增加;火焰旋转速度大于78 r.min-1后,增加火焰的旋转速度,温度反而降低。燃烧产物中CO质量浓度随火焰高度和直径的增加逐渐减小,且随火焰旋转速度的增加逐渐减小;在较低的旋转速度下,燃烧产物中CO2的含量随火焰旋转强度的增加而增加,但在较高的火焰旋转速度下,随火焰旋转强度的增加燃烧产物中的CO2含量反而降低,而且在高的旋转速度下火焰外部的CO2含量反而比其内部的CO2含量要低。

Abstract:During combustion of a fire whirl,the temperature distribution of the fire whirl has a strong relationship not only with its rotation angle rate but also with the smoke components.At the symmetrical axis of the fire,when the rotation rate is less than 78 r·min-1,the temperature of a fire whirl raised with higher rotation speed;when the rotation is more than 78 r·min-1,the temperature decreased with elevated rotation speed.The CO concentration decreased along with the increasing height or the diameter or the rotation angle rate of a fire whirl.At lower rotation speeds,the CO2 concentration in the smoke became higher with higher rotation speed.The CO2 concentration goes to the opposite direction at higher rotation speeds.The CO2 concentration at outer part of the fire is less than that at inner part when the rotation speed is high.
