摘    要:针对高耸金属构筑物的筒壁薄、强度大等特点,拆除爆破不能用钻孔爆破只能采用聚能装药切割爆破。本文通过实验研究确定了爆破切口形式,应采用矩形和六边形切口为宜;运用力学理论推导了余留支撑体所对应的圆心角和爆破切口高度计算公式,并在5座苯塔拆除爆破过程中得到验证。本文的经验与体会对同类拆爆工程具有参考价值。

Abstract:The paper puts forward that drilling blasting is not applicable to the engineering blasting demolition of the topping metal building because of the characteristic of its thin wall and big strength etc,and instead of that, the energy-accumulated blasting is used in the engineering. Through experimental research, it is confirmed that the forms of cut should be the shape of rectangle and hexagon. Furthermore, the paper deduces the computing formula of the central angle of the residual supporting body and the height of blasting cut according to the theory of mechanics. And it has been validated in the course of engineering blasting that five benzene towers were tumbled down. The experience resulted from this engineering will benefit the similar project in the future.
