高精度非球面光学塑料透镜成型法的探索

摘    要:目前非球面光学塑料透镜在各种光电仪器中的应用越来越普遍,但扩大非球面光学塑料透镜生产的最大障碍仍然是成型的精度问题.在了解传统注射成型的基础上,从光学塑料的物理特性出发,研究了它在成型过程中的精度问题,发现了光学塑料在成型时的体积可控制,从而对高精度非球面塑料透镜的两种成型方法进行了探讨.

Abstract:Aspherical optics plastic lenses has been used more and more in the photoelectric apparatus in recent years.But the barrier of the extensiue production of the aspherical plastic lenses is still the problem of the accuracy in shaping.In this article,from physical character of optical plastic,the imitate mechanics in shaping process of optical plastic is studied in detail after discussing its character by learning about traditional injection shaping.We find that the ratio of optical plastic during shaping can be controlled.So,the two methods of shaping in high accuracy aspherical optics plaster lens are suggested.
