| 摘 要： | 东莞篮球中心幕墙工程采用复杂的三向空间曲面形状,单层索网结构.索网预应力的控制是玻璃幕墙施工的关键,考虑玻璃幕墙的安装要求及索张拉对整个结构的影响,研制用于该施工技术的节点接驳件,严格控制拉索下料长度及节点标示.环向拉索采用分步分级进行张拉,并通过运用有限元分析软件和对张拉过程应力监测,确保了工程质量.

| Abstract: | The glass curtain wall with space curved surface single-layer cable-net is adopted in Dongguan Basketball Center.Because cable-net prestressing control is the key points of glass curtain wall construction,the joint connectors is designed for the project,and the cutting length and joints of cable are controlled.The tensile steps and grading tension of ring cable is adopted.The construction quality of project is ensured by finite element method and stress monitoring. |
