纤维缠绕张力控制系统应用软件的开发

摘    要:在复合材料缠绕加工中,必须对缠绕张力加以有效控制,以发挥缠绕工艺的优势,加工出合格的复合材料制品。本文介绍了张力控制系统的软件及其各组成部分,说明了各主要功能模块的意义和功能,并给出了积分分离式PID控制器的程序框图。本软件具有操作简便、功能齐全、人机界面友好等特点,能方便地完成张力设定、采样频率设定、数据记录、图像显示等功能。实验结果表明,该系统张力控制精度达到了要求的指标。

Abstract:In the composite material winding machining,the winding tension must be controlled in effect in order to exert the advantages of winding technology so that manufacture eligible composite material produce.The software and its parts of tension control system were introduced,the meaning and functions of the main function modules were analyzed and the flow chart of integral separate style PID controller was provided.The software has the characteristics such as easy operation, complete function and friendly man-machine interface,can complete the functions expediently,such as tension set,sampling frequency set,data register,image display,etc.Result shows that tension control precision can meet the requirement.
