小型发动机LPG电控喷射的控制方式及实验研究

摘    要:分析了LPG电控喷射系统中占空比控制空燃比的可行性,并在同一发动机上通过台架实验将其与原机(以汽油为燃料的化油器式汽油机)的各项性能进行比较,动力性基本得到恢复;在占空比控制的基础上阐述了更加精准的频率-占空比-相位控制方式。

Abstract:The author analyzed the feasibility of duty ratio controlled air fuel ratio in LPG electronic control injection system, and compared its various performances with original engine (carburetor system fueled with gasoline) in the same engine by bench scale test. The dynamic performance came back basically. On the basis of duty ratio control system, the author expounded the frequency-duty ratio-phase control method, which is more precise.
