| Abstract: | Recent advancements of various key catalysts for benzaldehyde were reviewed including vapor phase oxidations of toluene and liquid phase oxidations of toluene?selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol and reduction of methyl benzoate. And octahedral molecular sieves (OMS-2) catalyst systems that have promising industrial prospects were also presented. |
