摘    要:采用新型功率半导体开关器件IGBT来研究开发感应加热/钎焊电源,将比普通的晶闸管电源更具有技术经济优势.分析了IGBT感应加热/钎焊电源的特点,采用调压调功方式和频率跟踪技术,提出了大功率超音频串联谐振电源设计的方案,基于锁相环(PLL)和可编程门阵列(GAL)器件设计了一种控制电路,分析了其工作原理及试验测试结果.

Abstract:It will have more technical and economic advantages to develop induction heating/brazing power supply using new power semiconductor switching device IGBT instead of common thyristor ones. In the paper, the properties of IGBT induction heating/brazing power supply are analyzed. A scheme of high power ultrasonic series resonant power supply is put forward, which adopts the power regulation mode of controllable rectified voltage and frequency tracking technique, and the control circuit based on Phase Lock Loop(PLL) and Gate Array Logic (GAL) Circuit is developed. The working principle is introduced in the article and experiment results are illustrated as well.
