螺旋折流板的结构设计

摘    要:目前的螺旋折流板换热器都是采用断续的近似螺旋结构,即采用若干块四分之一壳程横截面的扇形板组装成螺旋状,每片折流板与穿过其上的换热管斜交。在螺旋折流板换热器内,介质自壳层进口向出口呈螺旋状推进,由此产生的离心力提高了流体的湍流程度,避免了大角度折返带来的压力损失。

Abstract:The spiral baffle plate heat exchangers all adopt approximate spiral structure, many pieces of one - quarter of the shell cross - section fan - shaped plate are assembled spiral - shaped, every piece of baffle plate and heat pipe are oblique. In the spiral baffle plate heat exchanger, medium spirally flows in the shell , the formed centrifugal force improve the turbulent flow, pressure loss because of large - angle reversal flow can also be avoided.
