朔里选煤厂煤泥水处理系统的探索与实践

朔里选煤厂是模块式动力煤选煤厂，年处理能力150万t，采用原煤分级-块煤重介旋流器分选-煤泥高频筛回收的工艺流程。该厂煤泥水处理的目的是将煤泥尽可能地从煤泥水中分离出来，以得到洁净的循环水。粗煤泥采用分级旋流器、高频筛回收，细煤泥由浓缩机浓缩后，亦由高频筛回收。由于朔里煤矿是一个开采了30多年的老矿，随着矿井优质煤资源的枯竭，剩下的煤层不稳定、断层多、夹矸多、矿井原煤中矸石量大、灰分高。选煤厂的煤泥水处理系统不能适应矿井生产要求，需要对其工艺做相应的调整，进一步完善煤泥水处理系统。

Probe and Practice to the System for Processing the Water Containing the Coal and the Slurry in SuoLi Coal Washery

The paper analyses the problem existed in the system for processing the water containing the coal and the slurry in SuoLi Coal Washery, puts forward the improving and perfecting scheme. Thus, the consis- tency of the water containing the coal and the slurry could be de- creased and keep between a excellent range by the improved scheme, so as to guarantee the reclamation in the coal washery and closed- circuit of washing water, which insures the whole washing process to be continuous, normal and stable.
