高固体分飞机蒙皮涂料的研制

摘    要:以高固体分飞机蒙皮涂料为研究对象,讨论了异氰酸酯固化剂类型、-NCO/-OH摩尔比、钛白粉类型、颜基比、环保型催干剂和助剂对涂料性能的影响,并通过助剂改善高固体分飞机蒙皮涂料的施工性。所研制的高固体分飞机蒙皮涂料满足波音材料规范的技术要求,是一种符合环保发展趋势,且性能优良的飞机保护和装饰涂料。

Abstract:The different kinds of isocyanate prepolymer curing agents, -NCO/-OH mol ratio, titanium type, pigment/binder ratio, catalysts and additives on the performances of high solid aircraft dope were discussed. Thus, the formula of the dope was determined. This high solid dope was satisfied for Boeing material specification. The results showed the dope was an environmentally-friendly coatings, which was in consistent with the national policies of the environmental protection.
