| 摘 要： | 以山西焦化集团公司内部网建设为例，阐述了企业内部网建设中应遵循的分级布网，分布实施原则和坚持稳定性，安全性，易维护性相结合的原则进行网络设备选择的方法，探讨了以太网技术在大中型化工企业网络建设中的具体应用，分析了企业内部网的功能及对企业组织，生产经营和企业文化的深刻影响。

| Abstract: | Taking the intranet construction in Shanxi Coking Co.Ltd.as example,this paper presents the principle of phased network distribution and execution,and the network equipment selection method of fully considering the stabilization,safety and easy maintenance which should be obeyed in intranet construction of enterprises,discusses the applications of ethernet technology in the network construction of large and medium-sized chemical enterprises,analyses the intranet functions of enterprises and its deep influence on the organization,production management and local culture of enterprises. |
