| 摘 要： | 建立了气相色谱/质谱法同时测定化妆品中5种麝香类物质的方法。将样品用乙醇或乙酸乙酯提取后直接经GC/MS测定。结果显示,此方法简便、快速、灵敏。方法的线性范围为1～500μg/mL,回收率不低于90%,RSD〈5%。

| Abstract: | A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method（GC/MS） had been developed for the simultaneous determination of five nmsks in cosmetics. The samples were extracted by ethanol or ethyl acetate and determined by GC/MS directly. The re stilts indicated that the method was easier, faster and more sensitive by using mass spectrometry as detector. The linear range was 1-500 ug/ml, recoveries were not less than 90%, and RSD 〈5%. |
