| 摘 要： | 分析了阵列波导光栅（AWG）复用器输出平板波导干涉峰与AWG设计参数之间的关系。结果表明干涉峰的包络线可以采用高斯分布来近似，并对高斯分布进行了估算。通过增加自由频谱宽度可以使各信道聚焦光强幅度相等。

| Abstract: | The relation is studied between magnitude of interference peaks and the parameters of AWG. It is shown that the envelop of diffraction peaks could approximate as Gauss function. The Gauss function is also estimated. To increase the value of FSR could make the magnitude of diffraction peaks equal. |
