铝及铝合金环保出光工艺

摘    要:介绍了传统的铝及铝合金硝酸出光工艺,指出了该工艺存在的问题。探讨了硫酸-过氧化氢出光工艺替代传统硝酸出光工艺的可能性,概述了酸性体系下的双氧水分解原理、稳定剂种类、稳定机理和稳定性,提出了几种评定硫酸-过氧化氢出光溶液稳定剂效果的方法。实验表明,过氧化氢的分解问题是硫酸-过氧化氢出光工艺的关键。

Abstract:The traditional bright dipping process for aluminum and aluminum alloy was introduced,and the existing problems of the process were pointed out.The possibilities of substituting sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide bright dipping for nitric acid-based bright dipping were discussed.The decomposition mechanism of hydrogen peroxide,kinds of stabilizer,stabilization mechanism and stability of stabilizers were summarized.Several methods to assess the effects of the stabilizers in sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide bright dipping were put forward.Test shows that the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide is the key problem of sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide bright dipping process.
