| 摘 要： | 应用人机工程学的知识组织并建立了内容丰富的系列化、标准化的操作件图库,提出了一种基于图库的机床人机工程设计方法,并借助于数据库技术、参数化技术以及AutoCAD的二次开发技术Arx开发了可直接用于典型机床操作件的人机设计软件模块。经实践证明,这种方法是可行的,并可应用于其他机电产品的设计中。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the idea of designing based on Graphic database into ergonomics design for machine tool,and builds a series of standard manipulators of machine tool.With the technology of database technology,re-development technology:Arx over AutoCAD platform and so on,we have build up the software system which can be used to typical machine tool manipulators' ergonomical design.It has been tested that this method is effective,and could also be useful for ergonomics designing of other machines. |
