| 摘 要： | 在澄清PPP概念的基础上,比较分析了公共基础设施领域基于伙伴关系的主要投融资模式,并对影响具体投融资模式选择的因素作了分析和总结,提出了公共基础设施投融资模式选择的主要依据,最后简要分析了南京三桥的投融资模式。
