摘    要:新疆塔里木油田公司牙哈作业区,进口美国COOPER公司制造的16SGT/MH66型高压气注气压缩机组,该机组自2000年10月投产以来,经常发生气缸1#注油系统无油流故障停机,该故障停机次数占整个机组故障停机的50%,增加机组机械磨损、减少机组使用寿命且严重影响生产的正常进行,通过对故障原因分析并实施注油系统改造,成功避免了该故障的发生,延长机组使用寿命并带来良好经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract:For the 16SGT/MH66 high pressure gas injection compressor unit which is imported from American COOPER Corporation and used in Tarim Oilfield Company Yaha work area, the cylinder 1# oil injection system frequently occurred the shutdown oil-free flow failure since the unit put into operation since October 2000. The times accounted 50 percent of the overall unit failure shut- down, which increased the unit's mechanical wear, reduced the service life of unit and seriously affected the normal production. Based on analyzing the reason and implementing the oil injection reconstruction, this failure is successfully avoided and the service life of unit is prolonged, which brings good economic and social benefits.
