| 摘 要： | 总结了怀柔应急水源地开采10周年的供水历程，分析了水源地运行现状和存在的主要问题。结合南水北调进京后区域水资源条件变化，提出从“资源涵养”和“热备运行”两方面开展相关工作，为水源地始终保持“应急备用”功能做好资源储备和功能保障。

| Abstract: | The paper summarized the ten-year water supply history of Huairou emergency water resources, and analysed its operation status and main problems. At the same time, this paper consulted the change of regional water resource conditions after south-to-north water transfer project begins in Beijing and proposed to carry out related work from two aspects： “esource conservation”and “hot-standby running”. It can help emergency water resource to keep its “emergency” capacity through ensuring resource reserves and function guarantee. |
