汽轮发电机定子机座振动模态分析与试验研究

摘    要:针对某型号3MW余热汽轮发电机组的定子共振问题,基于NX平台完成了定子机座的固有频率和相应各阶模态振型的数值计算研究,并通过锤击激振法对样机定子机座进行模态测试;数值计算结果与试验数据的对比分析表明:试验结果与理论分析值吻合程度良好,验证了该样机模型的有效性和有限元模态分析结果的可靠性。

Abstract:To aim at the problem of a 3MW turbo-generator's stator resonance, a modal simulation has been done to analyze the stator frame on NX platform, so as to get natural frequency and corresponding modes of vibration of different orders. The hammer excitation method has been used to test the stator frame, and got the response spectrums of the frame, which were in well agreement with the results of the simulation. The validity of the finite element model and finite modal analysis were verified.
