| 摘 要： | 介绍了一款大功率发射机的散热设计,由于存在局部热点,采用热管散热装置。设计全程使用了专业电子设备热仿真ICEPAK软件,进行计算机辅助设计,提高了设计效率。设计时根据发热量,计算给出了风机的选择方法。仿真发现即便选用高效率插片成型散热器仍不能消除局部热点,为此在关键热源底部预埋热管,进行温度均匀,这一措施能有效解决这一难题。经过设计验证,取得了很好的效果。
