基于高速开关电磁阀与PLC监控的数控夹具压力控制系统研究

摘    要:介绍一种基于高速开关电磁阀的数控夹具压力控制系统的设计原理和实现方法。通过PLC的脉宽调制 (PWM)功能,调节通过高速开关电磁阀的流量,实现对系统压力的控制。为了使系统的压力在加压或出现扰动时能够迅速回到预定值,引进了PLC的PID调节功能。还详细叙述了PLC程序的结构和设计要点。

Abstract:Presents the design principle and the implement of a pressure control system of numerical control fixture based on high-speed on-off valve.To control the pressure of this system,the flow quantity through the high-speed on-off valve is modulated by the PWM function of PLC.In order to make the pressure of the system come to the preset level when it is loading or is disturbed,the modulation function of PID of PLC is involved.The structure and the key points of design of PLC program is provided in details.
