基于改进粒子群算法的含分布式电源配电网规划

摘    要:在不考虑网络扩展的情况下,建立了以包含分布式电源建设和维护费用、网损费用以及购电费用在内的配电网年费最小为目标的规划模型,并采用改进的粒子群算法对分布式电源的安装位置和容量进行优化计算,避免了粒子群算法早熟和边界聚集的问题。通过对IEEE33节点配电网系统进行仿真计算,验证了规划模型和算法的正确性和适应性。

Abstract:To carry out the planning of siting and sizing of DGs indistribution network without considering the network expansion, an economicalmodel that takes the minimum annual operating cost of distribution network asobjective function is built in this passage, and in the economical model, the building and maintenance costs, the transmission losses cost and the electric charge are contained. Meanwhile,to remedy the premature convergence of particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, the adaptive mutation particle swarm optimization algorithm is utilized to optimize the siting and sizing of DGs in distributio network. Calculation results of IEEE 33-bus radialdistribution test system show that theproposed model is correctand the solving algorithm is effective.
