残余奥氏体对Cr_(12)MoV钢疲劳性能的影响

摘    要:采用不同冷却方式使Cr_(12)MoV钢获得不同量的残余奥氏体,研究了残余奥氏体对疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明:在相同淬火加热条件下,组织中残余奥氏位少于50%时,残余奥氏位量越多,缺口疲劳寿命越长,-196℃深冷处理虽然残余奥氏体少,但由于残余奥氏体碎化且呈膜块状分布在马氏体周围,可使力学性能得到改善。

Abstract:The influence of retained austenite on fatigue proper of Cr12MoV steel was studied by means of varing cooling ways to gain different amount of retained austenite,It is found that the more amount of retaind austenitc is,the longer notch fatigue lifetime tesults when the quenching temperature is kept same and the amount of retained austenite is less than 50% in volume. Although the amount of tetained austenite is obviously reduced after 196℃ deep freezing the mechanical properties are improved for the reason that the retained ustenite wassmashed and distributed around martensite in discontinuous filmmanner.
