变轨发动机大型高空模拟试验台

摘    要:论述了我国变规发动机大型高空模拟试验台总体技术方案、试验系统组成及所采用的关键技术,并对变轨发动机高空热试验成功进行了技术总结.变轨发动机高空模拟试验台采用新型四级蒸气引射试验装置,合理配置了蒸气引射试验系统、液氮供给系统、高温蒸气系统、循环冷却水系统、推进剂供应系统、高空点火抽气系统、发动机参数测量系统、监控系统、推进剂废气吸收处理系统.应用高温蒸气引射、低温液氮冷凝、超音速扩压器、模拟燃气负载调试、分布式测控等关键技术,完成了大型高空模拟试车台的建设,取得变轨发动机高空模拟试验的成功.该试验台是我国目前最大的空间发动机高空模拟试验台,填补了我国大型高空模拟试验设施的空白,而且达到了国际上同类试验设备的先进水平.

Abstract:The system technology concept, composition of test system and key technologies of the large altitude simulation test stand for orbit maneuver motor are desc-ribed ,and the successful altitude hot firing test of the orbit maneuver motor is technically summarized. A new four-stage steam injection test unit is used in the test stand, and the steam injection test system,liquid nitrogen supply system, high-temperature steam system, cirulating cooling-water system, propellant supply system, gas tapoff system of high altitude ignition, motor data measurement system, monitoring system,and waste gas treatment system of propellant are all laid out reasonably. The test stand is constructed by using the following key technologies, high-temperature steam injection, low-temperature liquid nitrogen condensation, supersonic diffuser, analog gas load debugging , distributed test and control, etc. and the altitude simulation test for a orbit maneuver motor is carried out successfully.
