中央空调冷冻水管保温层最小厚度的确定

摘    要:中央空调冷冻水系统均要进行保冷施工,保冷层厚度不够会造成不必要的冷量损失,厚度太厚则浪费材料、管线空间。在工程实际中,关于保冷层厚度常常根据工程技术人员的经验选取,缺乏充分的依据,出现问题找不到解决办法。针对南方潮湿地区工程实际当中遇到的关于冷冻水管保冷层厚度的问题,通过对比分析几个典型大型工程,查阅相关文献资料和规范,结合具体工程实例分析,为工程实际中保冷层厚度的确定提供参考。

Abstract:The chilled water system of central air conditioning system should be insulated.However,if the insulation thickness is not enough,the cold capacity will lost;but if the insulation thickness is too thick,the material of the insulation will be wasted with the space shorting.In the engineering,based on the experience of engineers,the insulation thickness was chosen without sufficient basis.Thus,the problem of the freezing always occurred without suitable solution.In this investigation,based on the issue of freezing on cold water system in South China,comparative analysis of several typical large-scale projects,accession of relevant standard and references were carried out,which can supply the reference for determination of the right insulation thickness.
