摘    要:结合宜昌求索众创中心一期工程项目,针对现代城市建设日益严峻的内涝及节水节能问题,设计开发了一种海绵城市综合体,因地制宜、同步建设透水路面、下凹式绿地、自然湖泊、湿地公园、生态堤岸等设施,采用TPO防渗衬垫建造"海绵体",实现雨水的渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排,同时采用可拆卸式钢结构作为建筑主体结构,生态绿墙、种植屋面、太阳能光伏发电、自然风循环系统,实现节水、节能一体化集成设计。

Abstract:According to the first phase in Yichang Seeking Public Record project, in view of increasingly severe waterlogging with the water saving and energy saving problem in the modern city construction, a complex of sponge city was designed and developed. According to local conditions, the facilities are constructed synchronously, including the permeable pavement, sunken green space, natural lakes, wetland park, and ecological embankment. The "sponge" is built with the TPO impervious liner to fulfill the infiltration, retention, saving, purification, using and discharging of the rain. The steel structure with removable type is adopted to the main structure of the building. The integration of water saving and energy saving design is achieved through the ecological green wall, planting roof, solar photovoltaic power generation and natural wind circulation system.
