摘    要:千百年来,抱有对自然的敬畏,中国古人自始至终遵循因地制宜的设计原则对建筑进行营造,用谦和的态度、被动的手法应对自然的变化。如何基于古人的智慧,结合新技术、新材料,通过被动的设计方法处理场地与自然的关系、减少建筑用能,是建筑师长期以来关注的领域之一。结合天津生态城多个项目,围绕布局和朝向、自然采光、自然通风、被动式太阳能系统、建筑围护结构和景观水体等方面,对建筑中采用的被动式设计方法进行探讨和研究。

Abstract:Thousands of years ago, standing in awe of the nature, the ancient Chinese constructed the buildings following the design principle of adjusting measures with local conditions.They accommodated the natural changes with a modest attitude and passive technique.It is an area that has been paid attention to for a long time by architects to combine the new technology with new material, based on the wisdom of the ancients, to deal with the relationship between site and nature through the passive design method, and reduce building energy consumption.According the layout and orientation, natural lighting, natural ventilation, passive solar systems and building palisade structure and landscape water, etc, this paper discusses and studies the passive design techniques according to multiple projects in Tianjin Eco-city.
