| 摘 要： | 现代人们消费观念日益改善,国内超高层酒店建筑也迅速增加。以北京某酒店和商业服务为主的超高层建筑为例,探索其暖通空调系统设计与常规类型建筑的不同。围绕超高层酒店设计参数、空调冷热源系统、空调风系统和水系统、加压和防排烟系统以及自控系统等进行了详细的介绍。通过对此工程设计的分析,为以后同类工程项目的设计提供参考。

| Abstract: | Modern people's consumption concept is improved increasingly, the domestic high-rise hotel building is also rapidly increasing.Taking a high-rise building in Beijing as an example, design difference of its HVAC system is explored and compared with the conventional architecture.The design parameters, cold and heat sources, air conditioning system, ventilation system and other automatic control system are described in details.By analyzing the engineering case, the paper provides a reference for the effective similar projects in future. |
