浅析国内外绿色建筑的政策与法规

建筑领域一直都是环境、能源方面的问题户,建筑能耗大、环境污染严重和可持续发展战略之间的矛盾也越来越激烈。在此背景下,我国绿色建筑水平相对比较薄弱,究其原因,关键在于绿色建筑相关政策法规的缺失。对发达国家的相关绿色建筑推动政策法规和我国相关绿色建筑政策法规进行综述,采用对比分析法对我国现行政策分别从强制性政策、激励性政策两方面分析,寻找我国绿色建筑发展过程中的政策问题,希望为今后中国绿色建筑相关政策的修改与拟定提供帮助。

Policies and Regulations of Green Building in China and Overseas

The construction industry has always been the key issue in field of environment and energy. Contradictions among building energy consumption, environmental pollution and sustainable development strategy are more and more intense. In this context, China ' s green building level is relatively weak because of the lack of green building-related policies and regulations. This paper summarizes the relevant green building policies and regulations in developed countries and the relevant green building policies and regulations in China, and uses the comparative analysis method to analyze current domestic policies from mandatory policy and incentive policy, confirming problems in the development of green building, assisting to modify and formulate the green-building-related policies in China.
