住宅区规划因素对室外微环境影响的数值分析

摘    要:住宅区室外微环境主要受绿化率、建筑布局形式和建筑覆盖率等因素影响。利用ENVI-met软件进行室外微环境模拟,并与实测数据对比模型得到了验证。通过验证后的模型分析了各规划因素与微环境的影响,结果表明对于该住宅区平均热舒适指数SET*,绿化率影响最大,其次是建筑覆盖率和建筑平均高度。

Abstract:The outdoor micro-environment in residence community is mainly influenced by the factors such as the green coverage ratio,the form of architectural layout and the building coverage ratio.The ENVI-met software was used to simulate the outdoor micro-environment.The numerical model is proved to be reasonable through comparing measured data with the simulation results.Then the model is utilized to analyze the correlation between the residence community planning factors and the micro-environment.Results reveal that green coverage ratio has the greatest impact on the mean thermal comfort index,compared with building coverage ratio and average building height.
