摘    要:应对气候变化、实现可持续发展战略、不断提高建筑物能效水平已成为当今世界共同面临的问题。中国根据目前经济发展水平及建筑业普遍情况,开展专项节能减排工作,通过对能耗水平的统计分析,实现超低耗能建筑,推广近零能耗建筑。通过运用主成分分析方法对能耗数据进行挖掘,并借助SPSS软件对北京市某建筑进行能耗分析和诊断。结果表明,主成分分析是一种有效的能耗评价方法,分析结论与实际情况极为吻合。PCA在建筑能耗统计分析领域及节能管理中将有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Tackling climate change,achieving sustainable development strategies,and continuously improving building energy efficiency are common problem facing the world today.Chinese government carries out special work for energy conservation and emissions reduction according to the current level of economic development and construction general situation,achieves low energy consumption building based on the statistical analysis of energy consumption level,and promotes the nearly zero energy building.The Principal Component Analysis(PCA)is applied to dig the energy consumption data.The SPSS is utilized to analyze and evaluate the energy of a building in Beijing.The results show that the PCA is an effective energy evaluation method,its analysis results coincide with the actual situation.PCA in the field of building energy consumption statistics and analysis will have broad application prospects.
