风冷冷热水机组的优化设计

摘    要:在原有的试验台基础上对冷热水机组进行重新设计。针对原有系统中冷量存在浪费的现象做了优化改进。在工况机组冷凝器与节流阀之间布置余冷回收过冷器,将冷量充分利用,这样不仅能减少恒温水系统电加热水箱的耗电量,同时,提高了工况机组的制冷量和COP,以达到节能优化的目的。

Abstract:On the basis of the original test bench,the hot and cold water unit is redesigned.The original system is optimized and improved to improve waste phenomenon of cold energy.The supercooler for remaining cooling energy is arranged between unit condenser of working condition and the throttle valve,making full use of the cold,reducing the power consumption of electric heating water tank of constant temperature water system,improving the refrigerating capacity and COP of working unit,achieving energy saving optimization.
