城市居住区生态环境调查研究

在城市发展建设中,居住区是与居民生活联系最为密切的区域,其生态环境的好坏对城市人居环境产生着直接的影响。先介绍了城市居住区生态环境发展的历程:简单绿化阶段、景观介入阶段、生态导向阶段。在此基础上,以天津市宁乐里小区为例,采取实地调研,结合问卷调查,通过Phoenics等分析软件对其平面布局和建筑设计分析、居民出行方式与碳排放量分析、个体社会经济属性等与碳排放量分析和居民室内碳排放量分析等方面进行调查研究,分析其对于城市居住区生态环境的影响。

Investigation on Ecological Environment of Urban Residential Area

In urban development and construction, residential area is most closely linked with the residents'' living area, the ecological environment has a direct impact on the urban living environment.This paper introduces the development of ecological environment in urban residential area:single greening stage, landscape intervention stage, ecological orientation stage.Taking Tianjin Ningleli Residential Area as an example, its flat layout, residents'' travel mode, individual socioeconomic attributes and household indoor carbon emissions are investigated through field research, questionnaire, Phoenics and other software, analyzing the ecological environment of urban residential area.
