上海某高校学院楼基于能耗审计结果的节能潜力分析

摘    要:以校园建筑节能监管平台为技术支持,对上海市某高校的学院楼进行能耗审计,并进行分项能耗分析,发现对于该高校建筑,空调系统、实验室和照明电耗分别占总电耗41.76%、27.55%和19.75%,是主要的耗能对象。通过采用人均建筑能耗和单位面积建筑能耗两项指标对该建筑进行评价,得出该建筑用能较为合理的结论。针对该建筑的能耗特点,提出可行的建筑节能措施并进行节能潜力分析。

Abstract:The energy consumption audit of a college building in Shanghai was proceeded based on the data from the campus building energy monitoring system.From the component analysis of the energy consumption, it is found that the air-conditioning, laboratories and lighting are the main objects of energy consumption whose power consumption accounted for the total power consumption by 41.76%, 27.55% and 19.75% for this college building.A relatively reasonable conclusion for building energy consumption by evaluating it using the indicators of energy-consumption per capita and energy-consumption per unit area.In the end, a number of feasible proposals are provided and the energy-saving potential is analyzed.
