摘    要:为探讨热泵型空调器更换R290后的供暖特性,在重庆地区开展了供暖工况下充注R290空调器与原R22空调器的对比实验,测试了空调器的送回风温湿度、耗电量、风量等数据。研究了两组空调器的送回风温湿度差异及与室外温度变化的关系,比较了2台空调供热量、耗电功率及COP等数据。结果表明:在重庆地区热泵型空调中替代充注R290后,空调器制热效果良好,室内空气温湿度与原空调器处理的空气温湿度较为接近;但由于制冷剂质量流量减小,平均供热量降低14.6%;尽管COP整体降低了7.5%,但在运行稳定后COP能接近原空调器。

Abstract:To discuss the heating characteristics of heat pump air conditioners charged with R290 , this paper presents a comparative experiment of two heat pump air conditioners with refrigerants of R22 and R290 for heating in Chongqing. The power consumption, the air temperature and humidity and air volume at inlet and outlet of two air conditioners were measured. The relationship between outdoor temperature and humidity and temperature and humidity of two air conditioners' supply and return air has been studied. The heating capacity, power consumption and COP( Coefficient of performance) of two air conditioners were compared. The results obtained in this study show that the heating effect of the heat pump air conditioner working with R290 in Chongqing area was found to be good. The indoor air temperature and humidity of R290 are similar to the primary system. The average heating capacity of R290 was lower than that of R22 by about 14. 6% due to lower mass flow rate. The COP of R290 was reduced by about 7. 5% compared to R22, but after attaining the steady state condition, the COP can be close to the original unit.
