| 摘 要： | 近年来超高层建筑由于其地标性、节地性及商业价值等因素,在广州地区发展迅速。但超高层建筑设计在实践绿色低碳方面,仍需要进行更多地研究和思考。通过介绍绿色超高层建筑的主要特点,简要梳理了其技术体系,指出广州地区绿色超高层中的建筑设计要点,结合广州某超高层实际案例中的设计情况进行探讨,最后针对要点提出了一些设计建议。

| Abstract: | in recent years,the ultra high-rise buildings are developing rapidly in Guangzhou,because of the contribution in townscape,land saving and commercial value.However,the design of ultra high-rise building in green building and low-carbon still need more researching and thinking.The main features of ultra high-rise green buildings are introduced,briefly summarizing the technological system and pointing out the architectural design emphases of ultra high-rise green buildings in Guangzhou.Then the design of an instance building in Guangzhou is expounded,and finally raising some recommendations about the architectural design emphases of ultra high-rise buildings. |
