基于价值工程原理的绿色施工方案评价研究

摘    要:绿色施工方案作为绿色施工的指导性文件,对其实施效果起着关键性的作用。为使决策者制定出合理经济的绿色施工方案,在参考相关标准规范和文献资料的基础上,从绿色施工管理、环境保护、资源节约三方面构建绿色施工方案功能评价指标体系,将绿色施工措施费作为方案成本,利用改进模糊层次分析法确定指标权重,结合多层次灰色评价法进行功能评价,以价值系数作为方案比选的依据,建立绿色施工方案的价值工程评价模型。利用该模型对某工程实例进行分析,评价结果与实际情况相符,验证了该评价模型的可行性及有效性。

Abstract:As the guiding document of green construction, green construction scheme plays a key role in the implementation effect. In order to make the decision makers develop a reasonable and economical green construction scheme, in reference to the relevant standards and documents, the function evaluation index system of green construction scheme is built from three aspects including the green construction management, environmental protection, resource conservation, green construction measures fee as the cost of the scheme, the value engineering evaluation model of green construction scheme is established, using the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index, combined with the multilevel grey evaluation method to evaluate the function, taking the value coefficient as the basis for the selection of the scheme. This model is used to analyze an engineering case, and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation, which is verified on the feasibility and effectiveness.
