摘    要:针对智能建筑中的设备监控与节能减排问题,为有效地管理建筑物的用电设备,达到节能控制效果,以建筑物中用电设备为对象,设计了一种基于C/S模式的远程监控系统。该监控软件使用了VS开发平台C#编程技术,运用TCP/IP通信技术,实现远程控制用电设备的开启或关闭,以及档位调节。客户端软件能显示用电设备的实时运行状态,有效解决了传统用电设备管理和维护的效率不高的问题。监控系统具有控制功能可靠、实时性强、操作简单的特点,适合于现代智能建筑运维管理。

Abstract:Focused on issues of equipment monitoring,energy conservation and emission reduction in the intelligent building,this thesis,utilizing electrical equipment in the building as the object,demonstrates the design of a remote monitoring system based on C/S mode whose purpose is to effectively manage the electrical equipment in the building and to achieve the effect of energy saving control.With application of the C# programming technology in VS platform and TCP/IP communication technology,the system can control the electrical equipment to open and close as well as gear adjusting in a remote place.Client software can display the real-time operating state of electrical equipment,which can effectively solve the problem of low efficiency in the traditional electrical equipment management and maintenance.The monitoring system has the advantages of reliable control function,strong real-time ability and simple operation,which is suited to the management of modern intelligent building.
