摘    要:被动房可实现在满足制冷和采暖需求的情况下最大程度地避免使用传统化石能源。中新天津生态城致力于建筑节能工作的推动,先行先试建设被动房示范项目。通过对比中德两国被动房评价标准中指标要求,分析被动房评价指标间差异及原因。结果表明,2个标准中制冷需求指标存在较大差异,两国气候差异、室内舒适度界定不同是导致差异的最主要因素,同时,由于建筑形式、居住习惯不同亦对计算结果有影响。研究结论有利于形成适用于天津生态城气候特征、舒适需求的被动房指标体系,为天津生态城被动房示范项目建设奠定科学基础。

Abstract:Passive house can save traditional fossil fuels to the greatest extent, in case of meeting the needs of cooling and heating. To promote the energy efficiency in buildings, Tianjin Eco-city makes the effort to construct the demonstration project of Passive House. This paper analyzes the differences and reasons of the evaluation indexes about passive house standard in China and German by comparing the indexes of the two countries. The results show that there is a big difference in the cooling demand indicators between the two countries. The main factors are the difference of climate and the definition of indoor comfort level. At the same time, different architectural forms and living habits also affect the results. The conclusion is conducive to the formation of the passive housing index system which is suitable for the climate characteristics and comfort demand of Tianjin Eco-city, and lays a scientific foundation for the construction of Tianjin Eco-city passive house demonstration project.
