可持续设计方法在产能房设计中的应用——以甘肃河畔小学为例

摘    要:可持续设计方法是基于当地气候条件分析,以被动节能优先、主动节能优化的设计策略,通过降低能量需求、提高用能效率,以及优化用能策略来最大可能地降低建筑能源消耗。以甘肃会宁河畔小学为例,通过建筑朝向、采光、通风及光伏板安装角度等方面的优化,高效新风热回收系统的设计,以及对当地旱厕的改造,使用当地生土砖等设计措施,使建筑在节能、舒适及环境影响之间达到平衡,为可持续设计方法在产能房中的应用提供参考。

Abstract:Sustainable design methods are based on analysis of local climatic conditions,priority of passive techniques,optimization of active techniques,by reducing energy demand,improve energy efficiency and optimize energy use to reduce building energy consumption as soon as possible.Taking Hepan Primary School as example.By optimization of building orientation,daylighting,ventilation,and photovoltaic panels installation angle,design of efficient fresh air heat recovery system,retrofitting of dry toilet,as well as the native adobe,etc,a balance between energy-saving,comfort and environmental impact can be found,providing reference for the application of sustainable design in active house.
